Due to the fact that we have a limited number of rooms, we have a STRICT cancellation policy. All reservations must be canceled 10 days prior to the date of the reservation, or 30 days for PEAK WEEKENDS: (University of Illinois Mom's weekend, Dad's weekend, Homecoming weekend, and Graduation weekend, plus Illinois Marathon Weekend) Otherwise, the room or rooms will be billed in full to the customer.
