Due to the fact that we have a limited number of rooms, we are forced to have a STRICT cancellation policy. All reservations must be canceled 10 days prior to the date of the reservation, or 30 days for peak weekends (University of Illinois Mom's weekend, Dad's weekend, Homecoming weekend, and Graduation weekend). Otherwise, the room or rooms will be billed in full to the customer.
